Every station on the same clock.
Every signal accounted for.

Narcisi Ventures builds GNSS-timed telemetry stimulus, distributed sensor networks, and autonomous edge infrastructure for flight test ranges, spaceports, and critical infrastructure. These are systems that have to keep working when the network, the weather, or the schedule does not cooperate.

Core Engineering Divisions

Three disciplines. One standard of proof.

DIVISION 01

Palmetto Telemetry Systems

Precision Timing · Distributed Sensing · Range Telemetry Stimulus

PTS develops GNSS-disciplined environmental and lightning sensor nodes in Northeast Florida (prototype stage, TRL 4 bench-tested) and applies the same timing discipline to flight-test telemetry: synchronized, multi-site signal stimulus that lets a range verify its receive chain and best-source selection before flight.

  • — IRIG 106 Ch. 4 PCM framing & Ch. 2 Appendix 2-G (DQM/DQE)
  • — RCC 218-20 Telemetry over IP (TMoIP) interfaces
  • — GPSDO time & frequency reference with holdover
  • — Turn-key Scientific & Telemetry Evaluation Kits (GPC / PO eligible)

Engineering target: nanosecond-level inter-site alignment (conducted bench validation in progress).

DIVISION 02

Autonomous Edge Infrastructure

MAN-1 Bare-Metal Nodes

MAN-1 nodes are built to run where the cloud is unavailable, untrusted, or not allowed. They ingest, time-stamp, and store telemetry locally, keep operating through backhaul loss, and synchronize when the link returns.

  • — Local time-series logging (columnar, query-ready)
  • — Store-and-forward under degraded links (DDIL)
  • — Manufacturer-rated IP67 / NEMA 4X enclosure integration
  • — Hardened, minimal-attack-surface OS baseline

Stage: Prototype node (TRL 4, bench-tested in Jacksonville, FL).

DIVISION 03

Deterministic Verification & Systems Architecture

Multi-Agent Verification · Hardware Attestation · High-Consequence Operations

Systems that support critical operations cannot fail quietly. Grounded by nearly two decades of large-scale catastrophe response operations, quality assurance, and enterprise IT systems liaison leadership, we build deterministic verification pipelines, hardware-attested data trails, and human-in-the-loop safety gates for complex operational environments.

  • — Read-only automated checks; human approval gates on irreversible actions
  • — Tamper-evident local measurement ledgers & schema validation
  • — Automated regression firewalls & primary-source claim verification
  • — High-reliability operational quality assurance & compliance

Practice: Systems engineering, quality assurance, and deterministic telemetry verification.

Heritage & Philosophy

Built on physical grit and unbroken integrity.

Narcisi family crest: Renaissance shield with eagle and staff, knight's helm, and cascading acanthus mantling

The authentic Narcisi crest, authenticated from Italian church archives by Sister Mary Raphael Narcisi, SSM.

The family line begins on the Adriatic coast, in Giulianova, in the Province of Teramo, Abruzzo. In 1911, Raphael Narcisi crossed the Atlantic and settled in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania, in the steel valley along the Allegheny.

By day he worked the tube mill at Spang, Chalfant & Co. By night, in his cellar, he built wine barrels by hand from scrap mill strapping. He made something that would last out of what the mill threw away. That cellar tradition carried forward through the generations and became the Narcisi Winery in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, founded by Dennis, Randy, and Tony Narcisi.

The family kept building. Henry R. Narcisi earned five U.S. patents for electromechanical automated processing. The family crest was traced and authenticated from church archives in Italy. It carries the noble pointed shield bearing the eagle grasping the staff, crowned by a knight's helm with torse, and flanked by rich cascading acanthus mantling and heraldic tassels.

Greg Narcisi founded Narcisi Ventures to carry that line of work into a new domain: timing, telemetry, and autonomous systems. The tools have changed. The principle has not. Build it with your own hands, prove it works, and stand behind it.

Zero vaporware.
Engineered for extreme operational reality.

Every performance claim on this site is measured or labeled as a target. No exceptions.

Target Applications & Dual-Use

Where timing is not optional.

DoD Flight Test Ranges

Edwards · China Lake · Eglin · Point Mugu

Multi-site telemetry stimulus for end-to-end pre-flight verification. Trajectory-consistent delay, Doppler, and fade at each station exercise best-source selection and handover against a known truth timeline before a live mission.

Spaceports & Ground Stations

Space Florida · Wallops · Launch Corridors

Synchronized RF stimulus for multi-station launch telemetry chains, and for acceptance testing of satellite ground-station handover and diversity reception.

Critical Infrastructure & Environment

Utilities · Ports · Perimeters · Coastal Florida

GNSS-timed microclimate and environmental sensor nodes with local edge logging. Calibrated, time-stamped local observations with a tamper-evident audit trail for operations, resilience planning, and perimeter awareness where network outages are expected, not exceptional.
